Every house is different, so I'd rather come and look than guess over the phone. But this is the shape of what I do, and roughly what each one involves.
Weekly, every two weeks, or once a month. The same rooms to the same standard every visit, so the house never gets away from you. Most people start with a deep clean and then move onto a schedule, because it's much easier to keep a house clean than to rescue one.
A one-off reset that goes well past a normal clean. This is the one for a house that hasn't had proper attention in a while, or before you host people, or as a starting point before regular visits.
An empty house cleans very differently from a lived-in one, and it usually needs to be done to a standard somebody else is going to inspect. End of a lease, a house going on the market, or a place you're about to move into and would rather not inherit somebody else's kitchen.
Landlords, realtors and property managers are welcome — just tell me the deadline and I'll tell you honestly whether I can hit it.
Changeovers between guests, on a schedule you can count on. Beds stripped and remade, bathrooms reset, kitchen checked, and a look round for anything left behind or broken before the next arrival.

It depends on the size of the house, what condition it's in, and how often you want me. That's not me dodging the question — a three-bedroom that's cleaned every two weeks and a three-bedroom that hasn't been touched in a year are completely different jobs.
So I come and look first. It's free, it takes about fifteen minutes, and you get a straight number with no obligation.
Some jobs need special equipment or more time, and it's better to sort that out before I'm standing in your kitchen. Ask me about carpet cleaning, interior windows, inside the oven, laundry, or anything that's been neglected for a long time.
