I'm based in Frankfort and clean across the surrounding counties. If you're near any of these, I can most likely get to you. If you're not sure, just call and ask — it's a thirty-second answer.
Home. Franklin County, and where most of my work is. Historic downtown houses, the newer subdivisions, and a lot of rental turnover around the state offices.
Scott County. A fast-growing town with a lot of newer family homes, and plenty of households where both people work and nobody has a spare Saturday.
Woodford County, about twenty minutes out. Horse farm country, older homes with real character, and short-term rentals that fill up around Keeneland.
Anderson County. A small town where word of mouth travels fast, which suits me — most of my work comes from someone telling a neighbor.
Shelby County, out toward Louisville. A lot of commuting households where the house gets neglected simply because nobody is ever in it during daylight.
If you're close to any of the above, ask. I'd rather tell you yes or no in thirty seconds than have you assume I can't come.
